EL PASO, Texas – The Sun Bowl Association and YMCA of El Paso have announced John Warren as the First-Place winner of the 2018 YMCA Hyundai Sun Bowl Challenge. Warren was one of four contestants to pick eight games correctly, but he guessed the point total for the tiebreaker.
“This is always such a fun contest to run and to participate in,” Executive Director of the Hyundai Sun Bowl Bernie Olivas said. “We are very thankful for the continued support from and relationship with the YMCA of El Paso. We are excited to see all the winners of this season’s contest at the game between Pitt and Stanford.”

The 85th Annual Hyundai Sun Bowl game will be played Monday, Dec. 31, at 12 p.m. MT (2 p.m. ET) at Sun Bowl Stadium.
