Brenda De La Rosa Princess

Brenda De La Rosa, daughter of Yolanda De La Rosa, is a Graduate Student at University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) where she are working towards their master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Brenda received her high school diploma and an associate’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies at Burges High School. She continued her education at UTEP, where she completed her undergrad studies in Psychology. Currently Brenda is the chair of The Membership Committee for the Chi Sigma Iota Professional Honor Society for counseling students. Once her education is complete, Brenda wants to work as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Last year Brenda spent a magical semester as part of the Disney College Program where she worked at Walt Disney World gaining service & entertainment industry experience working the attractions such as Fantasmic!, and the Beauty and the Beast Live on stage shows. She is about to begin a new job with Hemispheres Mind Care as a case manager.

Brenda is honored and excited to use this opportunity to share her hometown with our guests and visitors. She would like to use this platform to help bring awareness to mental health and provide resources to those who need it.
