Analisa Quinonez

Analisa Quiñonez is the daughter of Monica Montes-Quiñonez.
An El Paso native, Analisa is currently a junior at the University of Texas at El Paso pursuing a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation sciences.

Analisa has served on the program council and currently serves on the executive committee for the Zeta Tau Alpha fraternity and has worked with the American Cancer Society to raise money for breast cancer awareness and education. Analisa finds her experiences with the organization rewarding in many leadership and networking opportunities.

The El Paso High School alumna graduated from the distinguished dual language magnet program, a program which she began in first grade. While attending Mesita Elementary, Analisa embraced her Mexican roots and started dancing Folklorico. Analisa currently dances with viva! El paso, an annually performed musical which celebrates El Paso’s cultural history through dance, drama, narration and songs.

Through her work with viva! El Paso, Analisa has had opportunities to welcome the basketball teams and sun bowl teams upon their arrivals with the Folklorico and mariachi groups. Analisa aspires to be not only an ambassador for the Sun City, but a role model for other little girls in the community.
